The masterplan dictates a floor plan with three apartments with one, two and three bedroom organization. It had to be with an exterior balcony with entrance to the west. This concept is a floor plan with a flexible organization of the apartments inside. The flexibility arise from the idea of letting families stay longer in their current home. Instead of moving to a smaller apartment when the children grows older. 
The building is centrally located in the residential quarter. For this reason, the site plan dictated that it would be a two to three story exterior balcony house in the middle of the courtyard, and larger residential housing at the sides. The building takes full use of the alloted space to bring down the overall costs of the project. The site itself doesn’t have a private garden, but lies just south of an river and public gardens.
